A flat shipping fee applies to all orders within Germany – regardless of order value.
Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days after they are placed.
Shipping is handled exclusively by DHL.
Returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return it to us via DHL (Germany only).
To return your item, please use a DHL return label from your local post office.
For returns from Austria, return costs may vary. Please contact our customer service at studio@mihaeldemiri.de before initiating a return.
Important: A withdrawal sent from any other email address will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are not covered.

Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all deliveries by MIHAEL DÉ MIRI to consumers.

Conclusion of Contract
The product presentation in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the button [Buy / Purchase], you place a binding order for the listed items. The purchase contract becomes valid once we confirm your order via email immediately after receiving it.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating a reason.
The withdrawal period starts from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we’ve received the returned goods or you’ve provided proof of return.
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Any loss in value due to improper handling may be deducted from your refund.
