• You will generally receive standard orders within 2 to 5 business days after placing your order in Germany and approximately 7 to 14 days in Europe. Shipping is exclusively handled by DHL. Shipping to China, the USA, Japan, and the rest of the world can take up to 1 month or even longer, depending on local customs and shipping conditions.

You can typically cancel orders from within Germany within 14 days of receipt and return them to us via DHL.
